We provide our clients value beyond helping them obtain a home loan. We provide value to our clients before, during and after the loan process. We are one of the few mortgage brokers that can advise on topics related to tax and real estate. Our founder's background in real estate taxation, mortgage banking and real estate gives our clients an added layer of protection. Our ability to view your transaction from different perspectives helps our clients avoid costly mistakes.
Giving hope to foster youth
We share our time, creativity and resources to help foster youth overcome their challenges. Since we help put people into homes, we've decided to focus on helping the at-risk youth achieve the American Dream of owning a home. Our mission is to collaborate with our non-profit partners to provide the youth with necessities that are not within the organization's budget. We are focused on providing the youth with the life skills necessary to build better lives so they can lead the next generation.
Giving support to the Community
Supporting our Community begins with working with small businesses that take pride in what they do. We work hard to establish relationships with businesses that inspire us. We help our small business partners gain exposure so they can compete with big business. We hope to strengthen the dwindling sense of community that has taken place over the last 20 years.
What Motivates Us
We are motivated by knowing that with each loan we close has a purpose. We are motivated by the idea that we can improve the life of another human being. We are motivated by helping our local small businesses compete against the larger corporations.
We are not motivated by profit and increasing shareholder value like the large banks. We are not motivated by collecting your information, so we can sell your information. We are not motivated by hoarding piles of cash to boost our egos.
