We provide mortgage advice to our clients.  We try to step into the eyes of our clients. We understand the anxiety involved with purchasing a home. Our loan management process is aimed at transforming the home buying process into an enjoyable experience: the way it should be. We eliminate the unknown by helping our clients understand all the little details involved with their mortgage. Communication is critical so we utilize Mandarin, Vietnamese and Spanish translators for our clients that prefer using their native language. 

Asking the right questions results in the best solutions. We protect our client's wealth by developing a fiscal plan that maximizes the financial power of your mortgage. Our focus is to understand our clients by spending a little extra time up front.

The real work begins after our clients select a loan program and interest rate. We take the the difficult task of shopping for a mortgage off your hands. Your loan is shopped around to our carefully selected network of lending partners in an effort to best our original offer. As your loan is being processed, we continue to look for ways to lower your costs. We do whatever it takes to get our clients the best deal available.

We place a great deal of importance on showing gratitude. To express appreciation to our clients, we take 10% of transaction proceeds and apply it to help the foster youth in our community. You can follow each contribution on our social media platforms. Every loan we write has a purpose.
